All original content, features, computer code, and functionality on the SyneMind platform are the exclusive property of SyneMind or its licensors and are protected by Australian and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

Users retain ownership of the content they create and upload to the SyneMind platform.

By adding or uploading content, users grant SyneMind a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, store, and process the content within the confines of the SyneMind platform for the purpose of providing and improving the service.

By default, all user-generated content is private and accessible only to the user who created it unless they specifically decide to share it. The platform is designed primarily as a personal information management system, and sharing or publishing content is an exception rather than the norm.

To clarify: users have sole control over the visibility and accessibility of their content. Unless explicitly shared or made public by the user, content remains private and inaccessible to other users or groups.

Users are solely responsible for managing the privacy settings of their content, and for any consequences of sharing or publishing their content.

When users share content within a group on the platform, they grant the following rights to the group and its members:

• An irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display the shared content.
• This comprehensive license for shared content within a group persists even if the original author/uploader is removed from the group or terminates their account.

SyneMind will not reproduce or distribute user content outside the platform without explicit permission from the user.

Users are solely responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights to upload, share, and grant licenses for any content they post on the platform.

Users agree to indemnify SyneMind against any claims of copyright infringement resulting from their uploaded, shared or published content.

SyneMind respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same.
