SyneMind orders everything in a hierarchical way - everything is in a tree-like structure, with properties "inherited" from the higher levels down into the lower levels.
At the highest level of the "tree" is your "personal root page", which just makes sure that anything "underneath" belongs to you.
When you create a new Note or Task or Contact List or whatever - this is added to your root page. Think of it like a tree which has now started growing. Permissions are inherited from the previous page, unless you explicitly change that.
You can now add new Notes or Tasks and put them "under" previous ones - a Note can have sub-notes or tasks attached, a task can have sub-tasks... You can have your "Investments" page and "Stock Exchange" under that, but also "Real Estate" and "Gold Under the Mattress". "Real Estate" can then branch down further into each separate property you have, and then within each of these you can have sections for contracts, contacts, maintenance history etc.
