Your account is how you log in. Your profile is the "active identity" you use inside SyneMind.
This is your login record - your username, password, and connected social accounts. It is what you use to authenticate, and is also what is linked to your subscription plan and payments.
Once you are logged in, you work through a profile. Your profile is where your content lives - your notes, tasks, contacts, uploaded files, and so on all belong to your profile. It is also through your profile that you join user groups.
At the moment, every account has exactly one profile. In a future version, accounts will support multiple profiles, allowing you to keep personal and work data separate (or create other types of knowledge "silos") while using the same login.
