By accessing or using SyneMind's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

SyneMind provides a platform for users to save, process, and manage their information, data, and media, and to selectively share it with others.

• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and password.
• Users must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of their account.
• Dormant accounts, defined as accounts that have not been used for six months or more, will be deactivated and subsequently removed together with all their uploaded content.
• SyneMind reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts that are deemed spammy or in violation of these terms, at its sole discretion.
• Users may terminate their account at any time by contacting us by email.
• Regardless of the reason for account termination, no refunds will be issued for any unused portion of the service period of pre-paid accounts. All fees paid are non-refundable, and the termination of an account does not relieve the user of any obligations to pay accrued charges.

• Users retain ownership of the content they submit, upload, or post on the service.
• By posting content on the platform and explicitly making it public, users grant SyneMind a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, store, and process the content solely within the confines of the platform for the purpose of providing the service.
• If a user chooses to make their content public within the platform, they grant SyneMind the additional right to display advertisements alongside or in connection with that content.
• Users are solely responsible for the content they publish on the service. SyneMind does not endorse, review, or take responsibility for any user-generated content.
• While under no obligation to do so, SyneMind reserves the right to review user-uploaded for the purposes of improving or securing the service.
• SyneMind reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove or unpublish any content deemed offensive, inappropriate, interfering with the technical health of the service, or in violation of these terms.

When a user shares their content in a group, they grant the following rights to group members:

• The right to view and read the shared content within the group context.
• A non-exclusive license to copy, use, and edit the shared content within the confines of the group, or to do any or all of these outside of the group.
• The license granted for shared content within a group remains in effect even if the original author/uploader is removed from the group or terminates their account.
• Users sharing content in groups acknowledge that they have the necessary rights to grant these permissions and assume responsibility for any potential copyright or privacy infringement.
• SyneMind reserves the right to remove or restrict access to shared content that violates the platform's Terms of Service or applicable laws, at its sole discretion.

Users must not post content or engage in behavior that:

• Violates any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringes on intellectual property rights.
• Contains hate speech, harassment, or threats.
• Promotes violence or illegal activities.
• Is sexually explicit or pornographic.
• Invades the privacy of others.
• Impersonates other individuals or entities.
• Constitutes spam or unsolicited commercial content.
• Interferes with the proper functioning or security of the service.
• Violates any other policies or guidelines set forth by SyneMind.

This list is not exhaustive. SyneMind reserves the right to remove any content or suspend any user account for reasons not explicitly listed here, at its sole discretion, if it determines that such action is necessary to maintain the integrity, safety, or intended purpose of the service.

SyneMind will handle user data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable Australian privacy laws.

The service and its original content (excluding user-generated content), as well as computer code and related digital artefacts, are and will remain the exclusive property of SyneMind.

To the extent permitted by law, SyneMind shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.

SyneMind reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. Users will be notified of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
