In order to use your email address for account recovery, SyneMind needs to have verified that it belongs to you. so, you'd better verify it before you need that...
In Account Settings / Account / Emails, you will find a list of the email addresses associated with your profile. You can always add a new one, at which point the system will send you an email with a link that you have to click to verify the address.
If you already have an email address there but it shows as "Not Verified": click the "Send Verification" button, which will trigger the same process.
