01. How to create a Note?
Click the "Add New Note" button on the Notes page or your dashboard to create a draft note. You can then edit it to add rich content and attachments on the separate edit screen.

Click the "Add New Task" button on the Tasks page or your dashboard to add a task.

03. How to edit a Note or Task?
Open the note or task and use the edit screen to add rich content, links, and attached files. Use "Publish" to make your changes visible; "Save draft" keeps the change hidden until you are ready.

Upload images and documents to your collections from the Files section, then attach them to notes and tasks from the editing screen.

Making notes public is available through the Knowledge Base. General page-level public access controls are not yet available in the user interface.

08. How to restore a deleted item?
Some deleted database items are soft-deleted (unpublished) and can be restored, but only through the admin backend for now.

You can share notes, tasks, and document collections to a group from the sharing panel on the item's detail page.
