Click the "Add New Task" button on the Tasks page or your dashboard to add a task.
Go to the Tasks section (Actions - Tasks in the left navigation), or find the Tasks table on your dashboard. Click the Add New Task button. A form opens where you enter:
- Title (required): a short description of what needs to be done.
- Description (optional): additional context shown in the task list.
- Status: To Do, In Progress, or Done.
Click Save Task to create the task. You can open the task to add rich-text content, sub-tasks, attach tasklets (smaller action items), and share it to a group.
To create a sub-task (a task nested under another), open the parent task and use the Add New Task button from there.
