01. Can I end my subscription early?
You can cancel at any time. Your access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.

02. Can I link multiple accounts?
Not yet. Each SyneMind account has one subscription. Multiple accounts covered by one bulk subscription are not yet supported.

03. What happens if I exceed some quota?
Quota enforcement is not yet fully implemented. When it is, you will be blocked from adding further content.

04. What if my credit card expires?
SyneMind knows nothing about your credit card. An external payment service (Stripe) handles card expiry notifications and retry logic automatically.

05. What payment options are there?
Currently, payment is by credit card only, and is processed by Stripe.

06. What plans are available?
Plans are shown on the Account - Plans page. The free plan is always available; paid plans unlock higher storage limits and additional features such as groups.
