You can cancel at any time. Your access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
Go to Account and Profile - Account - Plans. If you have an active paid subscription, a Cancel Subscription button will be shown on that plan. When you cancel:
- Your subscription is flagged to not renew at the end of the current billing period.
- You retain full access to all features of your plan until the billing period ends.
- Once the period ends, your account reverts to the free plan automatically.
Cancellation is immediate and is not reversible through the user interface. If you change your mind before the billing period ends, contact us.
