SyneMind knows nothing about your credit card. An external payment service (Stripe) handles card expiry notifications and retry logic automatically.


Payments and subscriptions for SyneMind are processed by Stripe. When your card is about to expire or a payment fails, Stripe will contact you directly via email with instructions on how to update your payment method.

If a payment ultimately fails, Stripe will notify us and the subscription will be marked as expired. You will then be moved to the free plan.
