Learn about Social Accounts - what they are and how to use them.


In SyneMind, the concept of a Social Account means an account that you have on another platform - like Facebook, or LinkedIn, or Google etc. - which can be connected to your SyneMind account.

This allows you to log into SyneMind using your login from the other service, and also allows you to get SyneMind to do things on your behalf on it - for example, download your messages.

An important thing to note is that SyneMind does not at any point in time have access to your credentials (e.g. username and password) from the other service. You authenticate there, and SyneMind accepts that directly.

When you log in, you can go to the "Account and Profile" section of your personal dashboard, where you will be able to see what accounts you have connected on the "Account / Connected Accounts" page.

You can connect your SyneMind account to one account on each of the platforms that SyneMind has developed integrations with.

Currently, this means only Facebook.
